A paper XML schemas for common bioinformatic data types and their application in workflow systems describing our XML formats in conjunction with BioDOM is published in BMC Bioinformatics.

Version 1.2 of the BioDOM Library is mainly a stability update.
2006/07/05: BioDOM 1.1 released
Version 1.1 of the BioDOM Library is a substantial rewrite, aimed at improved stability and speed.
2006/04/06: BioDOM website redesigned
The BioDOM website now uses a MediaWikias content management system. This will allow us to be flexible and fast with our content updates, to allow a strong community involvement and some additional features, that will be revealed soon.
2006/03/22: BioDOM 1.0 Released
We are happy to announce the release of version 1.0 of BioDOM.
This release includes support for SequenceML, AlignmentML, RNAStructML and RNAStructAlignmentML.

The BioDOM website is finally live!
